ROVER is an organisation of public transport passengers – and for public transport passengers. As a volunteer organisation, ROVER is made up entirely of public transport passengers who strive to improve public transport in our country. As a consumer organisation, ROVER fights for the interests of all passengers on buses, trains, trams, metros and all other forms of public transport.
