Deleting old tickets

It is possible to delete old tickets in the Syntus App.

When you install the app, you are asked whether you want to do this for expired tickets. You can also do it yourself by tapping the three dots in the top-right corner of your screen.

Next, you will see the option to Reset tickets.

You are asked to confirm whether you wish to remove expired tickets.

Tap OK to confirm your choice.
